Delete your account

Have a Tillspark Business account for a shop? See deleting a business account.

In the app

Open the Tillspark app, go to Account and tap Delete Account. To keep a copy first, tap Export My Data on the same screen.

Without the app

Email privacy@tillspark.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within one month and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, the receipts saved to your account, your loyalty balances, your orders, your saved details and your device’s push tokens. Receipts you kept without an account live only on your device; uninstalling the app removes them.

What is kept

The shops you bought from keep their own record of the sale, because tax law requires them to. Reviews you posted stay on the shop’s page without your name.
