Closing your shop’s account

Email business@tillspark.com from the owner’s email address, with the shop’s name, and ask us to close the account. We check that the request comes from the owner, close the account within one month, and confirm by email.

Export first. In the Netherlands a business usually has to keep its sales and tax records for seven years. Export them from the back office before you ask us to close the account.

What is deleted

The shop’s profile, catalogue, customer list, staff accounts, schedules and settings, and its store page in the Tillspark app.

What is kept

Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires. Receipts your customers saved in their Tillspark app stay with them, because they are their receipts.

Removing one member of staff

The owner or a manager removes staff in the back office, under Team. If you have left a shop and cannot reach it, email privacy@tillspark.com.
